Release 10.0 -- Suppressing "Request Life Cycle" video advert
We’re planning our upgrade to release 10 next week, but we’d like to suppress the Request Life Cycle video advert since we aren't ready to offer that as an option to our various support teams until we have familiarized ourselves with it.
How can we prevent this from being displayed to our users?
