Reinstall problem

Hi,

I recently change my client server and install MSP but he didn't want to start. When reinstalling, I supply the 0470_key.zip from the central admin
I want to re-use the same ID on the new server. When I try to start it, I got this message:

INFO | jvm 1 | 2008/01/03 11:47:20 | In any case, change the DMS ID in NOCServerDetails.xml and start again to resolve the problem.

I restart the "ManageEngineOpManagerCentral" Service on the central server.
