Registered period has expired

Registered period has expired

We have not renewed our license with Service Desk Plus because our institution is forceing us to use Remedy.  We had built up a decent little knowledge base and we want to be able to access that data, even if we can't create or maintain tickets or new knowledge base items. 
 
Is there a way to access this data, even if in read only form?  Is it in a file somewhere?
