regarding the backup of servicedesk+

We purchased the ServiceDesk+ 6 a few weeks ago and so far we are pretty happy about it. I setup a task to run backupdata.bat daily. Besides this, do I need to backup other stuff, like the database separately, or this backup is enough? Thank you.
