Can i customize or simply add my logo & Header\Address to this print preview? The idea is I can have the customer to sign on this & fax or mail back for record purpose. Quite cricitcal when customer approved to jobs which has a cost attached.

Do let me know if this can be achieved. Would be really helpful.
