Regarding Deploying Applications built over Web NMS

I am using the deployment tool to create the NAR file. I have selected the second option(i.e. Application Specific Deployment). I have selected the single server architecture for deployment. For the miscellaneous files to be selected I have a folder(device inside conf folder) which contains xml files which are user defined and not Advent Net related files. I have followed all the steps to create the NAR file and the file got successfully created. I have checked the NAR file and it contains the miscellaneous files which I have added.
To install the NAR file I have used the deployment tool provided by Advent Net. When I installed the NAR the miscellaneous files which are present in the NAR are not getting copied into the deployed folder. I am getting the folowing exceptions in the console.

What I have observed is that the miscellaneous files are in a folder called devices inside conf folder. In the deployed folder the devices folder is getting created but the files inside the device folder are not getting copied. It is the same with the files under the conf folder.
