REF point of Custom_LoginLogo.gif

REF point of Custom_LoginLogo.gif

I am trying to add our company logo to the login page but am not sure where the REFERENCE point is so we can change the pixel dimentions to add a larger logo instead of the default size of 252x61.

Would it be in the CSS, and if so, which one?
