Rediscovery Interface

I notice a strange issue and hope it can be fixed by modifying some configuration files. The issue is as follows:
- I added a switch into OpManager,
- OpManager picks it up and imports all the *ACTIVE* interfaces and start monitoring them,
- The remaining ports are left and not monitored by OpManager.
- I activate one of those inactive ports, but OpManager does not seem to auto-discover the recently-active port.
This situation is not convenient for us because we are an ISP. We have several multi-layer switches and most of the ports are inactive. We activate ports as we receive more customers. Thus, I hope that there is a configuration file which can enable this "Auto interface rediscovery" feature.
