Web access login and monitoring

The RDP & SSH auto login and session recording are very useful, but web based devise/servers auto login is very useful too. if Firefox and edge can login to a server with saved user/pass so you must be able to do that too.Recording the web based sessions could not be that complicated too.

Also some server have multiple URLs to logins and the URL is designed as a part of Resource not account.

lets make an example to better discuss and understanding:

I have a server with two admins at different levels an different URLSs to login

 hove can manage this resource with both account accessible while they have to login to different URLs on the very same server?
