Recollect asset licenses
When an IT Asset has an Asset State of "Disposed"
The license consumed by that asset should be released as an availible license.
Currently the only way to release a license associated to an IT asset is to delete the asset completely.
The trouble with deleting the asset is you delete all linked info to it, requests, purchase orders, etc.
