Reclassify Alert
Hello,
I feel like I'm missing something very basic here.
How do you reclassify alerts? I'm trying to make it so that a device that misses 3 polls is marked as Critical rather than Trouble. I haven't found how to do it anywhere in the interface. I'm aware of how to modify thresholds on the device profiles to classify alerts generated through those, but not for 'Device Down' scenarios.

(also, as a note, it looks like the 'Add New Topic' form is broken. When typing a title the suggestion list never closes, which blocks the edit box. Tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome)
