Receiving alarms without monitor
Hi again!
I am monitoring some printers. One of them has an alarm message that the toner level is 10% and the threshold value is 15%. The correct statement is that the toner level is 10%. But the threshold for this monitor is set to 5%. Therefore the alarm is wrong.
I cleared the alarm. 5 minutes later it came up again.
I cleared the alarm again and deleted the monitor. 5 minutes later it came up again.
I remember that when I added the device (few months ago) I set up the threshold for the monitor to 15% and later reduced it to 5%. It seems that there is an old link in the database which isn't shown in the frontend monitoring list.
Is there a way to avoid those alarms?
My OpManager Version is 8052
