Rearm
I have a question, when OpManager has an alert that automatically becomes Rearmed, then the alerts is automatically cleared but remain unassigned.
Can you somehow get all automatic "rearms" to be Assigned as a "system" or similar?
For as it is now, it does not look so good, when generating reports on alerts and you see a lot of alerts that has been cleared but no one has acknowledged them.
