Ream value not working correctly when trying to setup Free Disk Space in GB monitor

Since most of the monitors want a value to go below a certain level to rearm, monitoring for free disk space is the opposite. If free space gets low, that is bad. The value to rearm should be higher than the thresholds. But for some reason, I am unable to get it to allow me to put in a higher value than the thresholds.

I am not given the to set the rearm using the condition to = or >=. I have tried Firefox, IE, and Chrome. None are permitting me to change that.

I did see where I have a server being monitored where somehow it allowed an = value for rearm, but it will no longer let me do that.

I really do not care about % utilization on hard drives, just free GB. How can I fix this? I am on OpManager 11 Build 11200.
