Real Traffic

Hi, How can I know the real traffic for one host? I mean, real MB traffic IN/OUT for one server I have. This server is connected through Serial XX/X (on a cisco router)....More especific, I have in my intranet a Microsoft Live Comunications Server (MS_LCS 2003) and I want to know the real traffic passing this Serial interface. But, I am confused with source/destination/conversation tabs from NFA.

Can you help me understand?
