real-time WMI or SNMP polling -

I've been using OpsManager for half a year now and am now trying to add further server monitors. I just noticed it allows real-time reporting. I would like to monitor W3SVC current connections for each web site in IIS. Would it be possible to poll each web site current connection in real-time in a guage? I have searched for answers but I can not find answers. Sorry if this is a duplicate question.
