Real-Time Live Reports

hi support,

are the reports generated by the firewall analyzer real-time? the reports that im getting are not changing (the graphs/data) even if i do something at the client's machine connected in the firewall. i only see the graphs/data change if i restart the firewall analyzer.

please advise.
