Real-time data and interaction
Hi.
I am currently evaluating Desktop Central and we intend to purchase it. Although we are pleased enough with the current features to warrant a purchase, the single biggest missing feature when compared with our current management product is the lack of real-time interaction with the agents.
Running the Apply Now tool from a command line is cumbersome. Please integrate this functionality into the GUI.
