read/write interval in MSP and wan failure
Hi All,
I am going on a bit of a posting rampage so apologies for that.
I understand the probe writes/pushes data to the Central server every 30 secs and reads/pulls data every 5 secs.
1. What is the purpose of the read? is it for Central Server uptime acknowledgement?
2. What happens when the central server or the wan link fails and the probe cannot contact the central server, does the probe store its information locally and then dump the info once the connection is re-established? or does it lose poll data in this period?
