Re-send request for approval
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had approver lose the approval e-mail. Not an issue, accept when you have more than one approver ServiceDesk basis the Approved/Not Approved status on the last block of approvals, so if you send a new approval request to one of them you've got to send it to all of them.
Therefore what I'm wondering is is there a way to re-send the original approval e-mails rather than generating new ones?
