re-opened tickets and subject issue

Hi,

Kindly help is below issues:

1- when user is replying to old ticket, it reopen the old one but it shows in the old date of ticket. please help how to make ticket with new date if its reopened 

2- when user is sending ticket with same subjet even if its new request, it is merged with the old one and its not showing as above issue if its old
