Re-assigning old service requests
Hi.
Hoping that you can please assist. We have a problem with having duplicate requesters on the Service Desk. We would like to edit the database to have all service requests logged by the old requester re-assigned to the new requester. Unfortunately it would be too time consuming to have this done via the Interface.
Please could you let us know how to go about doing this via the backend.
