I have just carried out the OpManager upgrade as recommended below, copying the ‘com’ folder into C:\ManageEngine\OpManager\classes, then restarting the ‘ManageEnginer OpManager’ service.
Having checked the OpManager version before and after they do not appear to have changed, it’s still version 11400 (64bit).
Is this normal? Have I successfully updated OpManager, or did I miss something?
