Hello, when a connection is initiated to a windows endpoint via RDP protocol, it does not give a specific issue log about the connection. For ex:
An end user is initiating an RDP connection by entering their password (using an AD account to connect). If the end user's password is wrongly typed or there is some network error or the issue is something else, the pam360 software shows the same page and it does not pop up the error. It makes troubleshooting issues harder. Where can we get logs for resolving this type of RDP connection issues.?
But for linux SSH connections, everything is okay as PAM360 displays errors as pop up when an error is happened.
