RDP
Hello Team,
I was wondering did ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus developers stopped using RDP remote control since they have
remote control option End Point Central agents? We would recommend you use that. If yes, why am I still able to see it?!
Question 2: If someone can't afford to buy an add-on Remote Controle what would they do without RDP then?
NB: this is the latest build SDP build number 13010.
