$RCAMESSAGE can not be used in XML/HTML
Hi
If you want to use the replaceable tag $RCAMESSAGE to build a a e-mail action, the ManageEngine tag has an "end of comment" XML tag in.
Ex:
Root Cause : Health of SERVERA is critical. Root Cause : 1. servera.dom.com:DiskUtilization-D: --> Free Disk Space(%) 2 < 80 (threshold).2. Error Reporting Service is down3. Windows Audio is down
The "-->" is an reserved XML tag, and therefor I can not build a e-mail in XML format !!!
