I have a RappidSSL Wilcard certificate authorised by Geortust. I have the option to download these files:

 

domain_edu(pkcs7).p7s

domain_edu_apache(apache bundle).crt

domain_edu_ee(X509).crt

domain_edu_i1(Certificate_Issuer_Bundle).crt

domain_edu_plesk(plesk_bundle).crt

 

I have followed the steps to create a keystore with both the domain_edu_ee(X509).crt and domain_edu_i1(Certificate_Issuer_Bundle).crt but every time I create the keypass then start the service I get a "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" page. It creates a keystore type JKS provider SUN. I have tried multiple times making small changes to the alis (Im not sure if that does anything) and importing some of the other .crt files.

 

I have tried contacting helpdesk and they just wanted to start assisting me with a working keystore. They werent much help once I stated that creating a working keystore was my issue. I'm sure that is due to trying to support so may types of certificates with multiple venders it is hard to support them all.
