I am trying to install my rapid ssl wild card certificate. I have a PKCS7 file with the "p7s" extention I have a apache bundle, ee_x509, i1(Certificate Issuer Bundle), plesk(plesk_Bundle) all in a crt format. I have tried creating the keys using keytool -import -trustcacerts -alias primaryIntermediate -keystore selfserve.keystore -file "uhs_uga_edu_ee(X509).crt" Ckeytool -import -trustcacerts -alias -keystore selfserve.keystore -file "uhs_uga_edu_i1 Certificate_Issuer_Bundle).crt"

 

Everything looks fine but then when I restart the service I can no longer get to the site. I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
