raise a ticket to servicedesk from opmanager while there are critical issues

Hi,

As OpManager Can Integrate with ServiceDesk is there any way to define specific conditions
(like while memory of a device A reachs to 3GB or Disk Space of the device is going to be full) in it to raise a ticket through service desk to the defined technician and notify the technician by an email or sms?
