Quick Clarification on the Technician Licensing
When you can purchase either a 2 or 5 technician license, does this mean that only 2 or 5 technicians can be logged in at the same time, or does it mean that only 2 or 5 unique technicians can be in the technician user group?
In other words, if we have 4 technicians that will NOT be accessing at the same time do we need a 5 technician license?
