Queues not working in V5 ? What am i doing wrong ?
Ok .. I have created a queue called "IT Help Desk" all my technicians are in this queue. I have created a business rule that says if you are located in any of these locations (and then selected all possible locations) move the request to the IT Help Desk Queue.
However whenever I create a new request it does not do this ? What am I missing ?
