Queue details not being shown/updated in the request screens

Hi all,

We love ServiceDesk Plus V5 ... thanks for all the hard work you have put into it.

A quick question - the Queue details on the view request form (or the edit request form) are not showing the current queue requests are in ... is this a known issue ?

The label reads - Not assigned (see image attached)
