First time poster on this board. I'm fairly new with SD+ so I hope you'll be kind with me if any question might look a bit stupid... ;)
First off, Tasks and Reports. SD+ is somewhat new in our organisation, so we're still discovering features in it, and how we can use them and so on. I recently came across "Tasks". I thought that this would be a great way to split up a bigger Request in smaller pieces. For example, if we have a request for a new user, who needs and account, a new computer, new phone, etc. All these smaller parts could be devided in tasks. I got a bit disapointed though, since i haven't found any way to create any reports based on tasks. I can't find any way to categorize tasks either, which seems like a reqirement to be able to create and reports based on tasks. I'm fairly certain that i can't enable this in some way in the current SD+ version (7.5.0 Build 7514, Professional Edition). Will it perhaps be possible to do this in 7.6?
Next Question concerns Mac. We have a number of Mac systems in our network, which we want to be able to scan. This didn't really work in a good way in 7.5. I see some improvements of software for MAC, when it comes to asset-scans. Will it also be able to find serial numbers, hardware, etc?
