There are 4 domains currently added to AD SelfService Plus for testing purposes.

When I attempted to search for a valid and enrolled user account in 1 of the added domains, the result is empty.

I only managed to search for a valid user account from the domain the hosting server is joined to and my current login account is created.

What's the criteria for a succcessful domain account search for all domains that are added in AD SelfService Plus?
