Questions about the New Version ServiceDesk
I would like to know if the following are available in the current version or will/will not be on the new version coming out.
1. Remove the ServiceDesk Plus logo to put in Company Logos.
2. Able to change the subject line in the request emails not to say "in the AdventNet ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus"
3. When will the new version be out?
