Questions about setting up Service Desk Plus
I'm looking at purchasing ServiceDesk Plus and have a few questions:
1. If I install on a Linux platform can I still sync with AD(Active Directory)?
2. What do you recommend for exporting old data from an old help desk program (database mysql) to import into new database for ServiceDeskPlus on MSSQL?
