Questions about Eval System

Greetings,

We have started playing with the Eval Edition of ServiceDesk Plus and we have come up with a batch of questions.

1. In the PO System, is there any way to use fractional quantities? We would use this for recording Labor among other things (ie. 2.5 Hours @ $115.00/Hr).

2. While receiving shipments under a given PO, can we receive partial shipments? We would need to be able to receive items as individual line items, or partial quantity of a line item.

3. Can the system accomodate adding products on the fly as we create the PO? Having to add the product first then the PO seems to be the long way around.

4. Is there any way to use the PO system to order noninventoried items such as consumable supplies with having to accept them into the Asset list?

4. As we are currently using a different system for our PO's, if we convert to ServiceDesk Plus, can we specify which PO number to start with? It defaults to PO# 1 and we are currently up to PO# 1568.

5. Can the MySQL database live on a separate DB server then the application server?

6. As to the Licensing, we have 10 people who would need access as technicians and about 500 requesters. My under is that we would need to pay the annual fee for the 10 techs but not the requesters. Is this correct?

7. Upgrade policy. As the licensing is based on annual subscription, what updates or upgrades do we get under that subscription? If upgrades are not included, is there another level of support that would include upgrades?
