Hi I've got a few questions about Opmanager 5.5
1. I can enable SNMP on a server but if I do the same operations with the desktops, Opmanger don't regonize them as SNMP enabled devices. Does Opmanager don't support SNMP on desktops or does something goes wrong?
2. If I make a profile for notifications and I add it to a printer for example then it dissepears after a while if I look at the printer. If I then look at the notification profile section my profile is also gone and I must make a new one. I use the Java client.
