Hi,

I am trialling the software and so far so good, i have a couple of questions that i need to figure out if anybody can help?

Can the software monitor more than 1 mailbox? We have a mailbox for each country we support (obviously we can set these to forward if it can only monitor 1 mailbox). What we need though is for the automatic replies (thanks for the request, your ticket number is ### etc) to go out in different languages. So for example, if somebody logs a request to the France mailbox, the auto reply needs to go out in French language, Italy needs to go out in Italian, etc.

Also in regards to the view of the requests, can these be set it in a folder like structure for groups? So a folder called France has all of the requests assigned to the France group, rather than everything listed in one place with the group name on the right hand side. I can see where to customise views, but this doesn't seem to do anything? How do i activate my custom views?
