Q: Guys, anyone experience problem on the request Tab -> Filter Showing -> My Groups; some of the groups aren't showing the technicians on the group that i made.
A: create a new custom view for the groups that aren't displaying.
note: but if you have any solutions on viewing at "My Groups" please post. thanks
