On occasion, I use reminders on tickets in the Helpdesk. When setting the reminder, the request ID displays on the screen. However, when I get the email, there is no mention of the ticket ID. I’ve conditioned myself now to remember to include the ticket number in the body of the message but I’m wondering if it’s possible to default some code that embeds the link to the ticket within the reminder itself (similar to what’s done in approvals)?
Also, there’s no option for 0 minutes (like Outlook has) to remind you at the exact time you choose. I have to set the time for 15 minutes later than I want the reminder, then set the “E-mail me before” to 15 minutes. The “Never” option doesn’t send the reminder at all, so what’s the point of that?
