Question for MIB & Hardware Monitor

1. Some MIB return value is a string not number. Example: SysLocation. I don't think it can use the "Custom Monitors". So...how to retrive and show it on the device snapshot page?
2. We have many server with SCSI RAID system. Like HP and IBM. If one HD fail, the system still up. It will not have an alarm. So...is it possible to monitor this kind of problem by OpManager?
