Hello - I am in the process of upgrading our copy of ServiceDesk Plus from 7014 and am currently at the 7500 level.  After doing this install I noticed that there is a button for 'Remote Control' but when I click on this I receive a popup stating that 'Windows has blocked this software because it cannot verify the publisher.'

 

Is there something that I need to do here to get this working?  My thanks for everyone's earlier assistance.
