Question about ON HOLD

Currently i am still testing the Build 7017.


Is it possible to count the period of ON HOLD ?

I know the Timer will stop when status is assigned to ON HOLD, and the Due date will extend the time after i change the status back to OPEN, it works fine.

While we would like to count the period of the time that is ON HOLD, since during those period of time,

the case it mostly forwarded to Vendor for follow up and We would like to count how long does the vendor usually take as well.

Please kindly advice. Thanks in advance.
