Question about License ServiceDesk Plus and Whatsapp Integration to send a status ticket

Hi,

I have a question about license and integration Whatsapp bot, 

1. What is maximum version can be upgrade on the license currently used at PT. ?

2. Will there be an additional charge for upgrading the ManageEngine version v11.3 to the latest version (v14.2)?

3. Is there an additional fee to integrate ServiceDesk Plus with the Whatsapp Bot? how to integrate Whatsapp Bot?

4. Could we made an auto-reply mail when the user has finished creating a ticket via email?
