Question about interaction between SD+ and OPManager
Hello,
does anyone know something about the technical way of submitting troubles from opmanager to sd+?
How does it work?
Only per mailexchange?
We wonder if a trouble is sent to SD+, in the mail there is nothing to see about the severity and the category the trouble has to be commited to but it works (we installed it the way like it is described in the integration guide).
Why is the mail interaction needed? Is there a way the communication between the system works without mailing?
New to ADSelfService Plus?
