Question about deploy patch

When I deploy a patch from microsoft .. ??

I do the deploy of which I've been down before,

or if they are not necessarily downloaded are downloaded and deploy does??.

It would interest me first.

1 I think a group of test patches and do not give me problems two days will apply to the rest, but only these patches. If you do not want to leave new patches are applied.
