Question about default submit page within customer portal

Hi,

I did some searches in the forum but could not find a similar question.

My question is, is it possible to modify the 'SUBMIT A TICKET' page, which appears at /sd/Request.sd?mode=AddNew?

Basically I would like to add an 'attach files' section and maybe add or remove fields.

I could only find a way to customize the Request page, which users see once they log in to the customer portal. But I want to be able to customize the page that users see when they don't login.

It seems like I must create a page on my own and just add a link to it. Is this true?
