question about AppManager10 (start & stopping scripts in linux)

Dears,

first of all i wanted to thank you guys for designing this great package.
my organization is very interested for using this package for monitoring our application servers.

now, our professional services department including me are busy for evaluating your system (in trial period).

for now, i have faced one problem regarding to starting and stopping the application, the problem is that we're going to setup the AppManager package with our MySQL database server and NOT using the embedded (local) mysql database server.

for now, we were managed to connected the application with our mysql db server, but the problem is when we're going to stop or start the AppManager, it also try to start and stop mysql service automatically !

is there any option or configuration in the scripts so it doesnt care about mysql db server ?!

I hope i could explain the problem clearly.
