Dear Patch Manager Plus Team,
I am currently looking into the topic of updates/patches for my on-premise Patch Manager Plus instance.
Upon logging in, I receive a notification stating that a patch for version 11.5.2616.06 is available (see Image 1), and this notification appears again immediately after a successful login (see Image 2).
However, when I follow the download link, this specific version is not offered to me. The latest downloadable version listed there (see Image 3) is version 11.5.2613.05—a version I already have active.
All of this occurs via the following link: "
https://www.manageengine.com/patch-management/service-packs1.html"In the past, I discovered a different link—one without the "1" following "/service-packs": "
https://www.manageengine.com/patch-management/service-packs.html"On this page, the latest version offered to me is 11.5.2605.17—which is, in fact, an even "lower" version than the one I currently have installed. (see Image 4)
My question is this: Why is my instance displaying an update that I am unable to download? Furthermore, what is the significance of the second page, which lists a version that is actually older than my current one?
Could I possibly be on a beta update track that is not explicitly labeled as such? And if so, where can I obtain the update that is being suggested to me?
Best regards,
I look forward to your response.
